Sofia Gardens complex is situated exactly 500 metres from the new Paradise Mall, which is the biggest and most luxurious mall in Sofia. The mall offers excellent shops, restaurants, a cinema, an ice skating rink and also children's play grounds.
The main Bulgarian telecom operator (BTK) provides full high speed fibre optic internet connections. All TV providers offer cable TV to the Sofia gardens complex and additional Sky TV connections are available from various operators for all European TV stations.
The complex offers a free gym fully equipped with all modern exercising machines, available 24/7, for the use of the residents only. The gym features a sauna, steam room and a table tennis room and party area are also part of the gym centre.
The Sofia Gardens complex offers a full size open outdoor swimming pool, with plenty of surrounding space for sunbathing as well as a children's shallow pool for the little ones. The pool is strictly for the use of the Sofia Gardens complex residence only with secure entry control. The pool is open from June to September.
Residents can pre-book the gym party area and pool for private parties on pre-arranged dates and times with the complex's security and management team.
